The Prestige Group, as an active social actor with a notable Corporate Social responsibility strategy, supports International Women’s Day and this year’s message which revolves around #BalanceforBetter, a call-to-action for driving gender balance across the world!

This year’s global theme supports balance as a specific action, which has wider implications for a better world; through a better balance, we achieve a better outcome in all strands of life, both professional and personal. As international advocates support, balance is no longer an aim but an expectation demanding fulfillment. Especially, in the workplace, balance is not a women’s issue, it’s a business issue. The race is on for the gender-balanced boardroom, a gender-balanced government, gender-balanced media coverage, a gender-balance of employees, more gender-balance in wealth, gender-balanced sports coverage and a fair approach regardless of sex.

Prestige Group strongly advocates the need for a balanced workplace and it has consistently supported gender equality throughout its actions. The Group employs women at key positions and creates bespoke actions geared to support women such as kids’ transfers aimed to relieve working parents (women and men alike) from their daily obligations.
